STYLE & SIZE ADVICE

How do I work out my shoe size?

Take a tape measure and measure the length of your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe, in either inches or centimetres. For the width, measure the widest part of your foot. Compare your measurements with our size chart to find your perfect fit. We’ve set the default to US sizing, but you can convert to EU or UK sizes using our guide.

What is the correct way to break in new shoes?

The best way to break in your new shoes is to wear them for short periods around the house, gradually increasing the time as they conform to your feet. To prevent discomfort, pair them with cushioned socks during the initial wear.

What happens if my shoes feel tight after some time?

Leather and other natural materials can shrink slightly over time, especially if exposed to heat or moisture. To restore comfort, try using a shoe stretcher or insert shoe trees when not in use. These tools help maintain the shape and size of your shoes.

What should I do if my shoes get wet?

Never dry your shoes using direct heat sources like radiators or hair dryers. Instead, stuff them with dry paper towels to absorb moisture and let them air dry in a warm, well-ventilated area. For leather shoes, apply a conditioner afterward to restore their suppleness.

How can I keep my shoes looking their best?

Regularly clean your shoes with a soft brush or damp cloth. For leather pairs, apply a quality leather polish or conditioner to maintain their shine and durability. For suede or fabric shoes, use a specific cleaner to avoid discoloration.
